Elisabeth took over her parents’ business in the 2nd generation in August 2019. Just one day earlier, Stefan burst into their lives – and 11 months later, their dream child Katharina saw the light of day! The wedding followed and in January 2023, wish child number 2 arrived – Johanna.
Care work is naturally shared at Schwaninger-Moritz – the operational tasks are also clearly defined. Elisabeth takes care of the day-to-day business and reservations (and in winter, of course, her legendary après-ski bar), while Stefan, as master builder, has “high season” in spring and fall. Plans are made, construction workers are coordinated, the house is optimized and in between he is also the chairman of the “Zell Ice Bears” fan club at ice hockey games (often accompanied by our guests!)
If there’s still some time in between, the two of them can be found on the golf course (after all, that’s where they met…), and of course the odd family-internal match also has to be played. They are also happy to personally show our guests the most beautiful golf courses in the region!
Early on, Elisabeth set itself the goal of being a modern and good employer – we value our employees very highly and are grateful that this appreciation is also returned. Many employees have been part of the team for years – above all our janitor Dusko and his wife Biljana, both with almost 35 years of service. Our good souls in the morning – Elena, Siwan and Farah – are also well-known to many regular guests and Natasa, Sanja and Mira have been ensuring order and cleanliness in the house for several seasons. Fanni and Lili are our All-around stars – Apres Ski, front office, service – they are all around the place and happy to serve you!
They are all contact persons for our guests and are always happy to “go the extra mile”.
