Organic eggs from the local farmers are freshly prepared for you in the kitchen, fair-trade organic coffee from our partner “der Salzburger” is served in all variations.
Immerse yourself in the variety of our delicious muesli mixes from “BIOLOGON” Hochfilzen, which are enriched with crunchy nuts, fruity berries and fine cereal flakes. We are also happy to prepare a fresh porridge for you.
Our yoghurts and dairy products come from “Pinzgau Milch”, just 4 km away, which processes exclusively local milk into a variety of products.
You will find crispy organic baked goods from the local bakery “Unterberger” as well as handmade cakes and waffles from our staff.
Crunchy vegetable sticks from the Stuhlfelden National Park nursery and a selection of organic teas from Teekanne are just as important as our organic fruit juices from Hasenfit.
