New this summer is the "family get-together" to which we invite you on Monday from 4pm to 6pm. Chat with your hosts, have a snack and enjoy a glass of wine - this is the start to a perfect summer holiday. On invitation of the family, of course - we look forward to sharing many exciting stories with our guests.

Our employees ensure that you feel completely at ease and that nothing is left to be desired.

You can cancel your booking (FlexRate) free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, so there is no risk.

Tips / information on online booking and FAQ'S:
- "Best available room" - if an upgrade is possible, you are welcome to book it on site.
- Family suite = 2 x best available room with connecting corridor. If the family suite cannot be booked, simply book 2 x BVZ and state "please with connecting corridor" in the comments, then we will know. The same applies to rooms with a lake view (also possible with a connection).

If you are a family of five - please book for 4 adults and add the extra bed in the enhancements!

- Missing half board? You are welcome to reserve a table for dinner on site every day. We enchant you every day with regional and fresh menus. Mondays and Thursdays are closed in our evening restaurant. On Monday the "family table" is from 4 pm to 6 pm on invitation of Family Schwaninger. On Thursday, we recommend reserving a table at Gasthof Wieshof for a barbecue evening with live music.

NEW for the summer card for the coming season: (valid from May 15 to October 31)

- In July and August, the summer card is only valid from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until the day of departure (all day on the day of departure).

- In July and August, the 4 attractions can only be used from the 2nd day of your stay:
Schmittenhöhe summit trip
Summit lift and Gletscherjet 3 + 4 on the Kitzsteinhorn
Boat tour on Lake Zell,
Kaprun high mountain reservoirs

In the low season (May, June, September, October), the summer card is valid all day on the day of arrival with all service partners as usual
