The Zell am See Ski School, our partner ski school offers our guests special benefits. Guests are also entitled to a 12% discount when making an online booking for ski hire from the bottom station of the CityXpress, and also save themselves some waiting in the process. Ski hire is right next to the hotel, at the lift station.

Into the next valley – The new Zell am See Xpress

The construction of the new gondola lift on the Salersbachköpfl brings with it a new connection into the Glemmtal Valley, and marks the beginning of a new era in the Schmitten ski age.

Those wanting to expand their horizons must cross borders, and in the mountains that means crossing into the next valley. The new zellamseeXpress lift further enhances skiing pleasure on the Schmitten mountain and is the start of the connection of the Zell am See and Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Leogang and Fieberbrunn ski areas.

Schmitten Night Slope in Zell am See

Night skiing in Zell am See happens every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 18.30 to 21.30 on the Nightslope. The piste no.6 is freshly prepared and perfectly lit at the Ebenbergbahn lift above the roofs of Zell am See. Enjoy skiing above the rooftops of the romantically lit mountain town of Zell am See. Floodlit skiing on the Nightslope is included on your lift pass. (Please note, on evenings when the Nightslope is open, the Ebenbergbahn lift closes at 15:00.)
